Eleventh Circuit Dismisses Child Sexual Exploitation Claims Against Omegle.
This case, M.H. v. Omegle.com LLC, heard by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, addresses the critical issue of child exploitation on online platforms. Eleven-year-old C.H. was coerced into creating child pornography by a stranger she encountered on Omegle, a platform facilitating anonymous video chats.
