The official unveiling of the “Vibrant Folklore” lantern took place during a dedicated switch-on ceremony, attended by dignitaries and cultural representatives. Among those present were Saint Kitts and Nevis Ambassador to Taiwan, His Excellency Donya L. Francis; Taiwan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Chia Lung Lin; Deputy Director General of the Taiwan Tourism Administration, Dr. Hsin-Jen Lin; the lantern’s creator, Mr. Wen Chuan Huang; and Saint Kitts and Nevis student and cultural ambassador, Kevrone Phipps.
