The twin-island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis has embarked on a journey to modernize its border control and enhance the travel experience for visitors. On May 26, 2025, the government launched the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) system, a significant step towards seamless and secure travel. Recognizing the importance of regional integration and cooperation, citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis, along with members of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), are exempt from the eTA charge. While citizens and residents of the federation, as well as OECS member states, are not required to apply for the eTA, they are expected to complete the online Immigration and Customs ED Form, which is available at no cost.

Access to the eTA application and other travel forms is facilitated through multiple channels. Travelers can conveniently utilize the dedicated mobile application, "St. Kitts and Nevis e-Border," or access the online portal at www.knatravelform.kn.
