Jamal Smith and Ann Browne-John, CWI’s newly appointed senior talent managers, will spearhead this effort, focusing on managing senior player data, collaborating with analysts, and contributing to selection decisions. The TTIDs, representing each of the six territorial boards, will serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, meticulously monitoring performances and identifying promising talent within their respective territories.
